Lost!

Mia gazed above an abandoned house. A lonely bird flew into an apple tree beside her, cobwebs fell down as she touched the creaky door and an old bed lay upside down outside it. The air smelled was murky and foggy so she couldn’t see properly. From the doorway, it was quite dark, she could see something moving, a dark shadow, a creature emerged. She had no time to think. It started moving towards her…

School Behaviour

One day, a young girl named Millie was walking to school when she realised that she was going to be late. Millie brought up the pace and was eventually running. When she got to her classroom door she knocked, she then exclaimed, “Sorry I’m late Miss Kelly,” adding a warming smile at the end. Miss Kelly was asking the class a ton of questions about WWI and because hardly anyone knew the answers Millie was answering them, so that everyone would forget about her being late.

A couple of minutes later, Maisie burst open the classroom door and yelled, “Morning everyone!” everyone stared at her, as she had interrupted a very important test. She stomped to her desk and told everyone to stand up and get out the classroom. Luckily, everyone totally ignored her and she slumped into her chair. She screamed in pain as she kicked the table, everyone laughed at her.

Maisie aggressively pulled her book out her bag and her bulging pencil case. She sat back and and pulled an angry face at Miss Kelly. Millie frowned and asked Maisie if she was ok. Maisie stuck her tongue out at Millie when she turned her back and punched the air in anger. Miss Kelly had been talking about verbs for the past half an hour and they were both extremely bored. Millie and Maisie pretend to listen but instead they were doodling on some spare paper they had.

Grace and the abandoned house

Outside, rain poured all over Billericay, soaking lots of helpless people. Inside, the abandoned house, down a dark corridor a door slowly creaked open. Grace walked into an empty kitchen because she was scared. She looked over to the rusty oven. The oven door opened and evil looking gnomes started walking out of it and towards her. Grace had never believed in mystical or magical creatures, so she was wondering whether it was a dream or not. She ran into the dining room slamming the door shut behind her an peered out onto the plain, boring and empty garden. Suddenly, a  robin started pecking on the glass door with its beak. Grace moved towards a window and the robin strangely followed her. Normally, she would go outside and play in the rain, but today she didn’t feel like it. “GO AWAY!” Grace yelled, “You annoying bird!”

The Bicycle

The bike is old and will be forever forgotten.

The wheels are  flat, from years of cycling.

The seat has been torn and ripped apart.

The brakes are rusty and will not work unless someone finds it.

The handlebars have been broken and want a pair of warm hands to rest on them again.

The headlights have been shattered and the batteries are scattered and lost in the tall, wavy, green grass.

The bell is cracked and won’t work until its fixed.

The flowers shone against the bright, hot sun.

The cobwebs glistened while the dew slowly fell off.
