Outside , the raging wind howled like a flaming wolf through the poisonous dancing witch trees.Inside, the decaying work  house, the petrified, demoralised children were  locked inside the frostbitten dormitory as icy as Mt Everest. Penelope, an 11 year old girl,  wrapped her sheet tightly around her as she mutely and quickly tried to lock pick the door to escape this slaughterhouse and living hell.The dormitory was a  bottomless pit  of despair and hatred. Every child there was frightened to death, they were hopeless like the world was ending.Without warning, BOOM!! , the walls caved in in the icy dormitory  all the children grabbed the sheets and covered themselves with them as they huddled in the middle of the room crying to their last breath and then the door flung open.
