There are many species of dragon and one of the toughest is the Earth Dragon. Very little is known about this ferocious beast, as it flies on a higher altitude than humans can breathe at.

Would you be able to notice an Earth Dragon? Well, dracologists (scientists who study dragons) have proven it is a near impossible task to see one, for when it does swoop down it only remains for 8.62 nano seconds. Thanks to modern technology, dracologists have used slow motion cameras to view one. The dragon they saw was only a baby, however the wingspan of it was 9 kilometres. They have protected it in a dracology cell  and studied it as well as raised  it. Earth Dragons have studded tails, white eyes and are mostly all brown, though some have been spotted which were an ebony black. The obsidian teeth of these dragons have remarkable strength, shooting their bite force to 96.8. Earth Dragons also have super strength, one was observed snapping a titanium fence as if it were a twig. Long story short, they damage most things they touch.

Nobody actually knows were Earth Dragons go during the winter months. Some have speculated that they shield themselves from the cold air by hiding under the cacti of the Sahara Desert. However, during the summer they can be spotted occasionally in plains and swamps munching up tadpoles and worms. If you wish to see one, hide in a swamp at high noon with a ghost pepper, they can’t get enough of ghost peppers. Keep still and be patient, staying as silent as death.

Are they dangerous? Many people say so because of their capability to decay those who see them, however the babies do not have this power. Furthermore the Earth Dragons pick who they decay and are generally pacifists. Though many have never come back from Earth Dragon  searching. Famous dracologist Nathan J Parker tried to search for one and never came back after 84 years. In conclusion, be extremely careful if you make the walnut-brained decision to look for one.
