THE LIFE OF MY BONFIRE
I am a massive pile of tangled twigs, prickly like thousands of sharp pencils.
I am starting to feel hot, crackling and spitting.
I am a roaring heap of red, orange, yellow and blue.
I am sparking and glowing in the pitch black night.
I am little and smoky, just ash and black grass.
I am a burnt out bonfire.
