Episode 3: The Airship and the Snowdog

Alice went to play as it was first time, she had seen snow in ages. As she trotted by all the snowmen, she asked Cordie who was with her “Can you build a snowman with me?”

“Of course,” mumbled Cordie

“Yes! Let’s do it over here Cordie? shouted Alice

“Alright but as long as we make a snow dog instead of a snowman,” said Cordie. But what they didn’t know was the rest of alive spray had been squirted there, and that was why no one even dared to go a meter close. Alice, whose blonde plaits were flying behind her, finally perched up and said, “Yes, we can build a snow dog. I will name it Digby Dog!” Alice announced this like she was saying that she was Queen, obviously she wasn’t. They finished building the snow dog, but it followed them to the ship. He was warm, very warm. The second Cordie saw it she brought it on board and got him all cold by making a cosy bed in the freezer. He fell asleep the second he was put in so the rest of team decided if they should keep him. After a couple of days, they decided he should stay. The dog leaped up in the sky like a rocket taking off. Digby, who was racing through the air, looked more like a snowball bird than a rocket from down below that’s for sure.

  1. You really enjoyed writing about your newcomer . I especially enjoyed the description of how Alice spoke like the Queen! Well done for putting a lot of effort into the editing this week too.
