The strange creatures creeped closer their red eyes fixed on Jake and Lily more approaching by the second. One tried to pounce on Jake only missing by an inch and that’s when it finally revealed itself. They were wolf- like creatures but with sharper teeth and claws and glowing red eyes that could stare into your soul.  “Run!” Lily shouted as they began to sprint back to the ship the monsters not far behind and gaining on them. Daylight was starting to approach and Lily noticed something the wolfs had a black trail following close behind them of course at the time, she thought nothing of it. When running they found an opening in the jungle where light could reach them and the wolf- like creatures  just stopped. They backed away into the shadows of the island. What were those and most importantly, would they be back?
