Reenorama’s Fate
Chapter 1: A Word Of Warning
“We’re going down! I repeat, we’re going down! Hold on!” warned Sir Chantle gripping onto the wheel like a child demolishing a present. All the pressure was on him. The Reenorama was nosediving like the Titanic. Engine One was smashed to bits. Plummeting down, the Reenorama burst. But Toby and Amira couldn’t die. Not without saying their last goodbye. Goodbye to the bird. Flight was the name of the pet. Flight was the name of what they didn’t have much of.
Chapter 2: Reenorama, Meet Demolition
The ground was slowly ascending. It was time to say goodbye. Minutes later, their eyelids gave way as the twins’ vision started to un-blur. They found themselves in a mud covered rain forest filled with trees making a passage with their bending trunks, a stream of unclean water and shadows of wild, unidentified creatures. With their last drop of energy, they climbed onto their unstable legs and brushed off the dust.
“Where are we? What happened to the airsh-” paused Toby, trembling in fear with his head turned. Amira was confused. But after seeing Sir Chantle’s dead body, she was far from it.
Chapter 3: No Way Home
After just one quick glance, Amira was numb with devastation. Dreadfully, the balloon of the world famous airship hissed like a dying snake. Large splinters of wood were scattered all around. Blinking back the tears, the twins turned around as if nothing happened.
“How could this happen?” wailed the distressed girl. Not long after…
DARKNESS
Chapter 4: The Home Tour
The twins decided to come to an agreement to learn about the place. The forest included many things like a vast landscape, leaves that reach the heights of mountains and soggy dirt that kept getting in their shoes. It wasn’t house material, but they’d have to get used to it.
Chapter 5: Secrets Revealed
One day, while Toby was grudging the forest, he accidentally bumped into a tree and the mud gave way. Abruptly, he fell into the hole and landed on the ground. Once he fixed his head, he saw many valuable treasures and his eyes glistened. However, Amira landed on his head. After mirroring his actions, they were still for as long as I can remember. Suddenly, a silhouette appeared behind them.
I really like how you used the right amount of description throughout your story also you used speech at the right time for you story!
Great job but maybe add a bit more similes.
