The Thunder Dragon

Thunder Dragon

The lightning dragon is rarely seen as it only comes out when hurricanes or tornados form.

With dark, grey scales the Thunder Dragon blends in perfectly with tornado  that’s why it’s so hard to see.Would you be able to spot one? In fact, a few have been spotted by explorers and members of the public. This super rare dragon has a 20 feet wingspan, a lightning bolt tail and large pointy scales travelling from the tip of his nose right down to the end of its tail. For some reason, the lightning dragon only fires lightning when the natural disaster has covered over 10,000 feet of land.

No one actually knows where the Thunder dragon lives but some people believe that it spends most of its time hiding away at the peak of Snowdon up in Wales. If you wish to see a Thunder Dragon you must wait till a natural disaster starts and hold a lantern in your hand because Thunder dragons are attractive to light. Multiple people that have tried attracting one have been struck by lightning from the dragon so make sure you stay cool and calm through the moment.

Some people think that the dragon is dangerous because the lightning bolt that it strikes can kill people, but it only strikes when you intimidate it. Another reason why this dragon is rare to find is because it is endangered by theSky Dragon. The Sky Dragon and the Thunder Dragon battle every year to rule the sky but the Sky Dragon mostly comes on top that’s why the dragon is so rare. In the summer the dragon is believed to live 1,000 feet below ground level to keep its body temperature warm. So if you come across a Thunder dragon remember to stay cool and calm until the dragon flies away.
