They could also use up all of the fire and turn it into ice and they are cold-hearted and might eat the animals. They might do a  naughty thing that could hurt the people in the town, and they might argue with people and they could be magic and do a spell on the people to make them do what the ice dragons want.

This is a very conserned matter and I think that they should live in a local area because they could be good to the enviroment and they could look after the people and i think that ice dragons have feelings like humans and they need to be looked after.
