I want to paint…

           I Want to Paint…

Bye Ollie and Noah

I want to paint withering, white roses as blank as paper,

The fierce falcon plunging down into a sheer drop,

Luscious lily pads lifting up a slippery frog coated in mucus

A petite pond with clear water as transparent as glass

I want to paint the organic ocean filled with wonderful creatures,

A bright beach as big as a stadium with tons of people relaxing,

An Isolated island with sand as soft as baking powder,

A vibrant coral reef submerged under the salty water

I want to paint a horrific hurricane hurling trees through the air,

Dark clouds stabbing the fields with spears of lightning,

The repetitive raindrops tapping on my window,

The shining sun coming out behind the clouds after a storm

I want to paint a sly snake slithering on the forest floor,

A lively lion cub playing in the tall swaying grass,

Mischievous monkeys ascending up the coarse bark of a tree,

An adolescent wolf wailing at the illuminated moon

I want to paint the conclusion of this poem…
