what are…
What are…
What are hot? A boiling bowl of soup fresh from the stove, the rays of the scorching sun and the steam from a newly-made cup of tea.
What are cold? A field full of white snow, the deep winter sea in England and an ice cream which has just been made by Mr whippy the ice cream man.
What are soft? A blanket as fluffy as a cat, the fur from my pet dog Luna and the teddies all huddled cosy and warm on the corner of my bed.
What are hard? A rock that lives on the forest floor, a brown desk with metal legs and Mrs Tinson’s clean whiteboard at the front of Beech class.
What are light? A bit of cotton wool on a desk, a whiteboard on a bedroom wall and a silky feather laying on some fake grass.
What are heavy? A desk in a loud classroom, a laptop in a classroom with the teacher in and a box of paints under a bed.
For the first paragraph you could name what type of soup it is. You had a lot of desks. But overall it is good.
I think you did good on this but I think you can inproove be putting more fullstops
Great effort! Maybe be next time add some full stops and less ands, over all great!
To Lottie and Kaydon,
1. I love the description in your work. It really paints a picture
2. How did you think of all those items?
3. You added three nouns that were to do with desk and I think that was a bit too many
This is great! maybe you could add more full stops and ands but over all great
