How to care for a seal that wears a fancy, tall top hat!
Have you just received a top hat from the arctic? Look under it to see the real deal! You would have noticed a young seal under it. But whatever you do, don’t take the top hat off the seal’s head – listen to this advice!

What you will need:
• Something you can use to polish the seal’s top hat
• Fish (alive ones) for the seal to hunt and eat
• A big room with a giant pool
• Snow – real snow –
• A small hut with at least 3 pillows for the seal to sleep on
• A small wooden structure for the top hat
• Toys -like squeaky fish

First, clean the room, make it spotless. In addition, clear all the gunk from the pool so your seal doesn’t get any illnesses from it.
When the room and pool are clean, set the room temperature to –20 degrees so the snow (which you will lay down after you set the temperature) won’t melt.
Next, start to lay the snow out. You must start by covering the floor and if possible cover the walls a bit. However, if you notice anything unusual in the snow, then remove it instantly – it could harm your pet! Also put some at the bottom of the pool.
Then, start (if you can) to build a small hut for the seal to sleep in or get a builder to build one for you.
After that, fill the hut with pillows, fluffy ones make something that you would want to sleep in – if it wasn’t cold.
Finally, release your seal into the snow filled room. If your seal is curious it will head state to the pool. However, others will be shy and go right to the hut.

Top Tips:

Shinier the top hat the happier your seal so clean it once a week and clean it at night when the seal is asleep. This is honestly the only way to clean it without getting bitten once or twice!
Check on the seal regularly and make sure it’s doing well.
Also clean the room once a month so the room stays clean.
Create a strong bond with your seal so the seal knows it can trust you

A top hat seal makes a great pet even though they might cost a lot of money to look after them. Also, you can play fetch with them by taking their hat and throwing it for them to catch!
