What is cold?

The frigid stare of your angry grandfather, the sea’s icy water and the freezing ice cubes in the freezer.

What is hot? 

A cute boy you have a crush on, the hot tomato soup on the stove and the blazing sun high in the sky.

What is beautiful?

Sunflowers fresh from the florist, my best friend’s smile and Dua Lipa’s voice.

What is ugly?

A baboon’s bottom in your face, a goblin’s wrinkly face and a  cockroach on your food.

What is fast? 

Shinaayo running cross country, Usain Bolt in the olympics and the children being released for break

What is slow?

A giant African snail going across the pavement, the tired person running and an ant crawling on the floor.

What is old?

A stale piece of bread in a bag, my 101 year old great grandma and an ancient Greek coin.

What is young?

A newborn baby, seedling in a pot and a compliment to an old lady that looks young.
