The Nightmare Orchid

The nightmare orchid is a very mysterious jungle flower. Nightmare orchids are thought to be carnivorous plants feasting on anything that walks by this means they grow to a huge size. They are purple and maroon towards the side with huge white circles that meet near the “mouth” of the flower. The white has an almost hypnotising look, often luring prey to their unsightly doom. If prey ever tries to escape it has developed a feature were it grows so fast it is as if it was running. It usually lurks in the dark corners where you can’t see it and needs little to survive. It eats very ravenously often torturing its prey before delivering the final bite. Though it is of amazing use often tamed with pork it is a great security feature as it will devour intruders.
