Letter to you…
Dear Ma,
I am fairly confident that I will be fine but it’s hard without you tucking me in at night and
giving me a new slate when I mess up on my first one.
My new parents are kind enough to live with , their names are Mr and Mrs Cadre.
Mrs Cadre is the one who signed me up for MasonVille high school,
Although Mr Cadre worries that the high school that I go to is above my standard of expectations.
I really miss you, by the way I’m in Bolton right now and it’s very nice.
I’ve got a couple of jobs like washing the fat big in the stone shed , feeding the noisy chickens
and mowing the front garden.
I get a prophet of 50p altogether but if I don’t do all of my jobs I get locked outside for 15 minutes in the rain
Mr Cadre says.
I don’t really get along with Mr Cadre but Mr Cadre is the sweetest lady ever , after you of course.
The meals I get are okay , like for breakfast I have some steamy porridge , lunch I have a slice of beetroot
and some garlic stew but the best meal of all is dinner I get hot pot in bowl instead of
a tin! Supper is the usual apple.
I hope your okay and I love you
From your dearest daughter Monica.
I loved all the meals you listed 🥳
How did you think of the names of the people and high school?
Next time don’t repeat the names (Mr and Mrs Cadre)
1. I like how you have added a lot of detail.
2. What do you mean when you said “ I’ve got a couple of jobs like washing the fat BIG in the stone shed.”?
3. Mr Cadre is the sweetest lady ever, how is that possible when he is a man! And what is a FAT BIG isn’t it supposed to be a PIG? 🙂
