Finally, they were ready to leave.

That morning, a strange message arrived with a black bird  which warned of the Gorm’s arrival to Blueberry Warren. No one would be safe at all. The old and dusty warren was built a few summers ago and everybody knows that Blueberry Warren is the best warren in the world. However, it is not that strong to hold the attack from the Gorm so they will need to be careful because the Gorm is too strong for anybody so they will have to hide away from them. The Warren is very fragile because it’s too old for the bad attack.

The rabbits set off on their journey, there were three rabbits they are called Penelope, Phoenix and Parker so they left their comfy warren and set out. They had to go through the Rocky Mountains and the Magic Forest  they left at dawn and it was an hour or two to get to where they had to go. They should of told some people where they are going but they all forgot it would maybe take them an hour everyday but it actually take three months or four.

Even though the Gorm are really strong they can’t go to where the little three rabbits can go. The little rabbits have a safe place on another island that’s far away. They have to go over water so there is a bridge that comes down but whoever is on the other side can open it but Phoenix, the oldest rabbit, has a button so whenever they go there she can put it down and up so the Gorms can’t get over. One of

the guards followed them and caught up to them and gave them a map and said “this leads to the other island where you need to go, don’t lose it, it’s important for everybody.”

Immediately ,they set off to Evil Caves. The guard said they had to take good care of the map or they would get punished so they did. They all knew that Evil Cave is the most dangerous place in the world because all of the Gorms are supposed to be there, so they set off scared. Phoenix, the oldest, took the lead and they all followed in horror but they knew they had to get it to the island or they might die from the Gorm.

The trio had to find some shelter for the night, so they looked around but all they saw was the Evil Caves where the Gorm live so they didn’t want to make a shelter near there. They kept looking to see if there was any shelter near the Evil Caves but there were only burnt down trees because the Gorms hate trees. They needed to think about what was available around them to make a shelter for the night. Penelope suggested that they use the burnt twigs and branches and put together something that they could spend the night in. It worked well and they all breathed a sigh of relief.

That night, the kittens found that they had some leftover food from the other day. They were happy they had food because they were all starving.They found strawberries, dandelion leaves and nettle bread and they thought they had enough for the night. So they ate most of it and then Parker, the youngest,  was fast asleep so they all went to sleep in their shelter. But they had to sleep on the ground because there weren’t any blankets to lay on. They got to sleep in the end but it was very bumpy from the left over tree twigs from when it got burnt down from the Gorm.

Parker woke up in a fright, she shouted and woke the others up. She said about what happened in her dream and she said “they were coming towards us and said I’m going to kill you.” All of them had a shock and didn’t get back to sleep for a while but then they finally got back to sleep. Surprisingly,they all started to have a dream about the Gorm running towards.Would they ever make it to the other island alive?
