letter to mum Benjamin SWW
Dear mum, I really miss you but you will be pleased I kinda like it here. Thanks for that awesome drippin sandwich it tasted amazing! Did you know I sneaked Mr. huggee… O… I was not meant to say that … how do you get rid of a sentance? will now take you back and tell you about the train journey: when I first got on my heart started to swell up like a peanut and the carriages were packed with children. Slowly, London faded into lush green that seamed the spread further we went. There were these black an white thing that ate grass. Did you know they are huge and called cows. When I got to this small town called Berkeley we were sent to the town hall and picked. Everyone else, went before me. It was getting late and we thought we will be left but the a young lady came and called my name the billeting officer let us go and I went to this massive house it was like a mansion. I went in side. The woman’s name is Mrs. Robinson. Soon as I got there I fell asleep In a massive room by myself. In the morning, I walked down the fresh wood stairs and saw a black, white and brown dog called Meg she was a border collie. At school everyone is kind and I have now ran out of page I will write to you in a weeks time. All the love, Benjamin
