Imagination Poem Ava SWW

Imagination Poem!

My imagination began when
I danced on a rainbow and
slept on a cotton cloud.
When a humming bird
perched on my index finger and
a robin perched on the other.

I found it,
trapped inside my palm,
waiting to be claimed.
I found it drizzling in the rain.
I found it growing on a guava tree.

My imagination can
spark like flint against steel,
tell a story about anything
that enters brain and
grow like a flower blooming
on a summers day.

If I lost my imagination
my world would turn dark,
my imaginative dreams would end
growing like a rosewood tree.
The guava tree would be gone.
Nothing would be here without imagination.
