Question poem
What are quiet? A child’s voice when they’re in trouble, a mices footsteps, a lion stalking her prey.
What are loud? A classroom full of kids, a racing car zooming down the race track.
What are soft? A cat’s belly, my bed waiting for me to get in it, a blanket.
What are hard? A fossil from 99 million years ago, a door made from the mighty oak tree.
What are hot? Rays of the sun beaming on Earth, my mouth when it eats a red hot pepper.
What are cold? A robber’s heart, Sale is cold!, a freezer keeping it cool.
What are big? A brain that knows everything, a zebra grazing all day, the BFGs ears.
What are small? A pencil led when it was snapped off a pencil, atems fixing a cut.
What are empty? A belly when it’s not eaten for hours, a school in lockdown, Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory when it just opens.
What are full? Santas sack on christmas eve, the seats for film night at Moorlands.
