Chapter 3-where is the door

After 10 minutes, Jeffri saw a cabin. He looked at it without any resistance and slipped down the path ; within a second he was at the door. The door handle was a rusty round knob. The door wasn’t in good shape either; it was moulding and had bits of wood chipped out. There were cobwebs everywhere, there were dead slugs on a plate, there were eyeballs in a jar, and the carpet had stains on it.

Jeffri heard growling. He turned and looked out the window. He didn’t see anything. It was dark and he was scared. He heard the growling again and went outside “Hello, is anyone there?” shouted Jeffri, there was no answer, all you  could hear was crickets (an insect). He saw a figure, he ran the way he came sprinting for his life! He realised he couldn’t run because he was getting sucked in by a muddy swamp. He tried as hard as he could. He was neck deep! The monster came close. He pulled Jeffri out, Jeffri said “thanks” then legged it. He got to the door, or what was the door, it was now just stone.
