Your Honor  

During the robbery of the bank at 10:36 Jack was not with his parents and he wasn’t at work. He  claimed to be at his house but I have questioned his parents and they said that he wasn’t home at 10:36 but left at 10:08. Also when we fingerprinted the vault  and checked Jack’s fingerprints they had matched. We checked the camera footage we saw a person wearing a burglar mask. We have checked his bin and we found the  same one and the fingerprints match. He had arrived at his house at 10:50.
