Cat poem Ewan SWW
My emerald eyes , staring into my owners soul and looking into the past memories. I lift up my lily coloured nose , sensing the lightest of movement in the light breeze of winter. Mouse-killer, hair ball- thrower, furniture- destroyer, gift-giver. I curl up next to the fire, purring as loud as the television. I stalk the mouse scurrying on the floor. I am a fur cleaner, night walker, silent killer. The silent steps linger around in the air, like a runner in a one hundred meter race. I walk along thin walls in the onyx night. I slip through small gaps in the closed of house stepping into a wave of warmth as I walk through the cat flap.
