What am I ?

I weigh 0.43-1.4kg

I eat voles, mice, and shrews.

I can go seventeen days without any food.

I’m a lone hunter but when I’m with friends I’m called a wake.

I am scared of hawks and owls.

I am a rabbit smuggler.

I’m prey for eagles, foxes and wild cats.

I eat the eyes and the rear first.

I am a pretty large animal.

My beak is small but deadly.

I have sharp talons long enough to penetrate the skin.

My wings fill the blue sky with light brown hue
