The hidden boy
On a blizzarding December night in central Glasgow, the snow was being pelted at the passers-by, and the wind was so loud you couldn’t hear the crunch of the snow. From a top-down view, it looks like there is no one out on the streets, but then you see some snow shifting and a faint white hood, as if the person wearing it didn’t want to be seen, like he’s from a foreign country. And who would blame him? In the British Empire, the racist community would call the police if they saw his skin tone.
He walks up to a turnpike and a guard shouts to him, “Here now!” We find out the boy’s name is Sumit Asim. The guard says, “Hand over the papers, or I’m going to have to tase you.” Sumit says, “Here.” The guard says, “Don’t raise your voice. You seem like a nice kid, and I don’t want to have to hurt you.” Sumit drops something, and the guard says, “I will need to take a look at that just to check it’s not dangerous.” Sumit was shaking, but he remembered it was only a nice pair of shoes his family makes at their shop. The guard says “on you go son have a good day and I would recommend keeping your head down”.
He heads down an alley where he sees some one he’s delivered to before and says “Johnny Armstrong” and he Johnny turns round and says “empty your wallet and give me that package “Sumit says “what” and dashes the other way and the robber dashes and Sumit wearing his white hood manages to hide in the snow and hears “come out come out where ever you are…
