As thunder hit, the rain poured. While Karma was walking to the checkpoint, she passed alleyways,abandoned garages, and burnt buildings

‘’I never knew a town could be so gloomy and depressing.’’ for a cold December night in Brandon, you could barely see anything because of the clouds passing by! As she arrived at the checkpoint, she saw an odd man. He had a suit, and a long tophat, and he looked basically heartless, cold and not only that but blocking all the happy stuff! Such as  Mr g’s, primary schools, and all the bright lights! She tried her best to greet him but all she got was just a 

‘’ What?’’  she instantly thought he was cold and brutal but then again he said

‘’Hey! What are you doing here?’’said the old man

‘’Just passing through!

‘’You can’t, you don’t have  a ticket!

‘’ I do she said while waving it in his face as she shoved him.

‘’ I can’t let you in if you dont look like us!

She rolled her eyes at him as she wonderd off.
