Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the upcoming events on the local calendar. There are some outstanding events that are planned.

First, there will be a procession through the town, consisting of a wide variety of contributions. People included must be aware to not intervene with the bystanders or there may be an eruption of arguments amongst them. The mayor will judge the best baby competition. Whilst that is taking place, I strongly recommend going to a variety of restaurants to enjoy some excellent cuisine.

After that, there will be a dance display in the town square. If you participate, I advise that you view the show from the sides, so you do not interfere. The market will be open all afternoon.

Finally, the firework display will be held in Prince’s Park promptly at six. We hope that you enjoy this specially prepared display.
