To Hulk, 

 I am writing to persuade you to retire from your position as a superhero.

My first reason is your age, and you work too hard, and you need to slow down.  

I would also like to argue that your last mission shows that you are not as young anymore. 

Furthermore I am concerned that you are stopping the younger generation(such as spiderman.)

To build on this concern the costume is good but it is a bit out-dated.

I would like to point out that you are not as good as you once were.

Although some people suggest…,we believe that the older generation have more experience.

  On the other hand people will argue that the younger generation are more active and faster.
