Sky bullet

“Brace for take off,” announced Captain Croombs (an old man with a questionable personality). A bead of sweat crawled Miles’s wrinkled forehead. The brown tinged glass reflected in the core’s blinding death stare. The ship started to shake when the engines fired up into a raging swirl of anger. The ship left the ground with a shake as if he was experiencing an earthquake. Captain Croombs shouted with a tremor in his voice “10% power 40% power 70% power 90% power,”  it was impossible to breathe under the pressure.

BANG! Water washed over the ship Miles lurched forward and everyone knew we were in tsunami central.” Brace for crash landing,” yelped captain Croombs. The ship fell into a never ending spiral. The ship crashed into the barren ground. Miles let out a sigh of relief. “Engine Number 2 is out, we can only travel at 75% power now which means we have to stop one more time,” said Fin in disgust. The door opened and Miles looked on the radar (which was scanning the land for anything or anyone). They were 10 miles away from the oil stop. They had 10 minutes to get there and fill up or the world would end and it would be their fault. Miles thought this was the end.
