The fossilised rock by Ebony
On Monday I found a fossilised chunk of rock, sat at the vast, mossy edge of the canal, with a soft gentle hummingbird chewing on a silent word.
On Tuesday, I walked to an old orchard tree, with spotty branches, perfect to climb.
On Wednesday, I saw Myla eating a soft looking doughnut, strolling her fingers into the clear, glassy water.
On Thursday, I touched the feather of a toucan, sat on the bridge of a trees crown.
On Friday, I tasted – with the tip of my tongue – the top of a delicious cherry flavoured sweet ice-cream.
On Saturday, I heard the giggle of a little girl playing on the park with her mother.
On Sunday, I dreamt of my week in pages and when i woke up, I could tell people about all of the fun, happy and exciting memories I had made.
