Chapter 3

Lola sat thinking in the cold frosty cage, while Rachel worked really hard,looking for a way out.Rachel tried yelling for help

through the big,metal cage but not even a mouse heard her.Annoyed,Rachel tried opening the metal door with spiders crawling over it- Lola remained clueless.

Rachel said,“why can’t you just do something for once ”Lola just sat there staring at Rachel.As the sun began to rise,the light shone on the cage, making it warm.The light moved more away from the cage,it turned dark,and cold.The birds were chirping away from the dark shadows.

Suddenly,Rachel and Lola heard a noise, “BANG-”coming from upstairs.They went upstairs, as they were walking up , the floor creaked and there were cracks in the walls.As they continued up the stairs, they saw a figure in the distance. The figure was coming closer to Rachel and Lola,they both ran and Rachel couldn’t breathe.

Safe in the forest,Rachel made a fire and was talking to Lola about what their next steps were.Where was the secret clock?Where was that figure we needed for the skyship and where did he or she go?
