Night Roses shimmer in moonlight like a dancing diamond, Petals are blooming, as purple as blackcurrent juice, like a pipe cleaner, stems stand as tall as a small apple tree, Roots sliver through soil, like a snake trying to find precious prey and leaves hang from it’s stem, like a bat having a sleep.
Man called death
I met a man called Death, he had eyes as dark as the midnight moon, when he spoke his voice sounded as deep and as cold as a wolf in a cave. I met a girl called Autumn, she had hair as ginger as autumn leaves, and her clothes as red as blood. I met a king called Night, he was an evil king, who at night covered his kingdom in darkness. I met a woman called Fire, she had hair as red as burning flames, and she always complained of being too hot. I met a boy called Anger, he had a blistering sole of rage, and when he spoke it was as frightening as lightning. I met a queen called Frost, she had fingernails of ice that burned my skin, and snow white hair that waved in the wind.
Swimming anger
In the land of Neverbelieve, I watched a swift, sapphire autumn trees as I stood stationary as a statue.
In the land of Neverbelieve, I felt anger swimming in my veins, as I argued with my bothersome brother.
In the land of Neverbelieve, I discovered a new book like a new adventure.
In the land of the land of Neverbelieve, I felt tears running down my face like waterfalls.
In the land of Neverbelieve, I watched clouds walk about the sky like cars on a road.
In the land of Neverbelieve, I saw flowers waving in the wind like beautiful balls of hope.
What is
What is cold? Relationships and a plate of old chips What is hot? Pancakes on the stove and my mums cheese and oinon pie with clove What is big? An elephant and my beautiful elegance What is small? An ant and a little infant.
I haven’t… but I have…
I’ve never met the band Queen
but I have met my singing mum
I’ve never heard the cry of a whale trying to find it’s mum
but I have heard a baby crying for it’s mum
I’ve never run a marathon
but I have had a race with my brother Myles
I’ve never stroked a lions main
but I have stroked my dog Blue
I’ve never eaten a £100,000 ice cream
but I have eaten a homemade ice cream sundae
I have never broken a bone
but I have broken a lot of toys
I’ve never touched a jelly fish
but I have touched a sting ray
I’ve never held a bag of bricks
But I have held a bag of cotton balls
I Want To Paint
I want to paint a red and orange sunset above the sea-line as it curves up and crashes down. A Crystal clear, blue sky and the green trees gently swaying in the spring breeze. A ticking clock as it waits for the minutes to go by. I want to paint a dog chasing a rapid rabbit. A wolf howling on a rock. A sizzling Samosa basking on an emperors china plate as the sun sinks behind the sea. I want to paint a fire breathing, fierce dragon flying through the air like a red and orange firework showing off its colour. A black fluffy cat, which is aggressive when he sees his own shadow. A car parking space in the midnight sky.
