The stuffed unicorn

When Emily was a small girl, she saw a stuffed unicorn. “Mommy can I get this toy please.” “Ok.” Her mom replied.

10 years later, “Do you want this sweetheart?”  “No I will throw it out later.” Emily yelled back. She saw some thing moving, but she ignored it and looked on her phone. Some thing moving again, again and again,”What are you, show you’re self!” A sharp sparkling corn, attached to a pink horse.”pinky?” She gasped.

If i was allowed to create a wonder

If I was allowed to create a wonder

I would take–

The smell of the Clorine in the sizzling hot swimming pool,

The bubble gum pink petals falling off the cherry blossom trees in spring,

Homemade cookies fresh out of the oven.

I would take

The gritty sand beneath my toes while the scorching sun is burning on my back as I watch the triumphant blue ocean crashing against the ash grey rocks.

I would take the sound of

Drizzly rain tumbling onto my uneven dusty brick driveway,

The Brazilian toucan’s croaking in the muggy rainforest.

I would take

The feeling of not being able to go back when my chalky hands grip the bars at gymnastics.

I would take the taste of

An ice cream Sunde at a five-star restaurant on my birthday,

A fruit salad with every color of the rainbow on it

Through the door

Through the door

Go open the door.

Maybe, you will find a series of doors that you could walk through for hours.

Go through the blood red door.

Maybe your mouth will go on fire from eating the hottest chili in the world.

Go and open the door.

Maybe, you will feel very cheerful from watching the water on the waterfall crashing quietly onto the rocks at the bottom.

Go through the milk white door.

Maybe you will run your hands through snow that is as fluffy as a cloud.

Go open the door.

Marked bakery,

You might see Gorden Ramsey cooking a freshly baked pizza on cold flames.

Go and open the sapphire blue door.

You might, swim through the sparkling blue water longing to be a tropical fish on a beautiful sunny day.

Go and open the door.

You might see chocolate brown monkeys eating billions of bananas while hanging off trees.

Go through the Rainbow-colored door.

You might be able to see everyone’s wonderful wonders that soar through the sky all day long.

I’ve never…But i have

I have never flown on a cloud, but I have flown on a cloud in an online game filled with random players from around the world trying to beat the game.

I have never hugged a zebra flying in the air while eating a donuts from Tesco, but I have hugged my mum while crying over my donuts that I dropped on to the grass outside.

I have never eaten a dragon fruit and liked it, but I have eaten a strawberry and squinted because it was too sweet for me.

I have never thought of being a vet when I’m older, but I have decided I’m going to be a fashion designer and name the company Cherry Blossom when I’m older and I will do crop tops, shorts and socks.

I have never been so naughty to the point I’m grounded, but I have been naughty enough for my device to be took away for an hour.

I have never tried to eat my cat, but I have had a friend who is scared of dogs but loves cats try and eat my fluffy, adorable and cute cat’s tail.

I have never saw an elephant eat cake, but I have seen my mum after a long work shift eat a pack od donuts leaving me the crumbs with strawberry jam.

I have never summoned a demon because they are too scary and I wouldn’t know how to get rid of it, but I have summoned my friend to meet me at the pond over a phone call and then forget my socks when I’m outside my house.

I have never liked my nursery teacher, but I have taken a liking to my current teacher and his assistant and don’t want to leave their class to the next year.

I have never cried in front of strangers, but I have cried over a balloon I had for 2 days because it had a picture of a kitten and it popped while I had it outside.

The room of happiness

In the room of joy,

the cushions burst into a song of harmony.

as the floor smiled,

and the tv began to rock out dancing,

In the room of happiness,

the daisies blossomed.

In the room of delight,

a bowl of secrets fell on the floor as we all screamed.

In the room of smiles,

the chair broke out singing,

the pathway of gratefulness and love danced,

the house of horrors turned into joyfulness,

in all of the room of happiness, joy and love,

in the room of peace and harmony,

they danced the night away.

The room of

In the room of chocolate it was delicious and yummy

In the room of questions there was a lot of answers

In the room of donuts it’s a lot of rings

In the room of dogs there’s a lot of dogs there is a lot of barked

In the room of church theres a lot of people praying

In the room of sweets it’s sweet

In the room of work it’s very busy

In the  room of school it’s very loud

I want to paint

I want to paint a cheeky cheetah cheating on test like lucky Lewis.                                                          I want to paint the taste of a yummy pancake covered in strawberry syrup and ripe strawberries.  I want to paint the smell of a blooming red rose as it sways in gentle breeze.     I want to paint the sound of  little kids laughing loudly, trees leaning in calm wind and of course the sound of a baby kitten taking its first breath. I want to paint the memory of my grandma hugging me,my grandpa feeding me when I was 1 and last of all the memory of my precious kitten who died when I was 1. I want to paint the dog  sat at the door and the end of this poem.

Ice creams

I want to paint a beautiful girl with long blonde and brown hair in the wind like licking a double scoop of her favourite strawberry ice cream while waiting for her best friend to get her ice cream.

I want to paint

I want to paint…

beautiful, blushing red strawberries sparkling in the pitch black darkness like gleaming embers,

a ruby, red crystal glistening in the beautiful, summers sunlight,

and a dandelion like a golden banana with a yellow eye trapped inside a shiny, golden trumpet playing peaceful, soothing music.
