I`ve never

I`ve never tasted the queen bee’s honey,

but I have eaten the luscious sweet honey made from her workers and then sold in the Market Square.

I`ve never visited Mount Everest and observed the snow glittering in the morning sun,

but I have spotted the sequin stars glistening in the Asian night.

I’ve never spoken to my guinea pigs Coco and Oreo,

but I have heard the squeak to me for their one and only Sainsburys spinach.

I`ve never seen the queen in the violet dress,

but I have spotted my mum in her purple dress on a night out.

I`ve never counted to a million in my bedroom,

but I have experienced hundreds of cars in Thetford Tescos`s car park.

I`ve never seen a cow jump over the moon,

but I have caught sight of my horse charge over a fence.

I`ve never run ten mile marathon,

but I have jogged up Little Lodge Farm with my dog.

Chapter 3

Inside the cave, the two of them(Pazle and Posy) where rushing about to leave as fast as they could so they had time to leave before the Gorm.  As Pazle put Poco in her arms, the cave went dim from a shadow, slow-going she turned around to see three Gorms in the entrance of the cave with a smile and folded arms. Pazel quickly said “Posy give the sword now..” , Posy pulled out the sword from his bandolier and passed it to Pazle. Pazle pointed it at  the Gorm and said “It may be small and look pathetic but I’m not afraid to use it!” The middle Gorm chuckled and the Gorms beside them pulled out their swords and laid still on their shoulders.Themiddle Gorm`s rusted red eyes were piercing straight into Pazle`s eyes…

Pazle didn’t know what to do, she was looking around to see if there was a little opening just perfect for them to fit through, but when she looked to her right there was a little opening  that led out the cave. Pazle gave Posy a look that she always gave him when they would hide from mother and father before bed. Posy nodded and they both ran into the petite tunnel and they could hear the deafening noise of grinding iron running after.

After what felt like a day of running, putting as much distance as they could between themselves and that horrid cave, they finally found a hollow stump to stay the night in. It was not very big but at least it was something. Wolf Eye (the dagger that father given to them) was starting to burn against Pazle’s leg. She unwrapped it, looking at the amber coloured metal glowing from the heat. A leather handle and a golden guard.

Father said if it ever started to get hot it meant trouble was near, just after that flashback Pazle could hear noises out side.It sounded like crashing and tearing apart as if the Gorm was looking for them.

Looking around to see if there was any food to snack on, they saw a couple of acorns and a little bush of red currents. After the small dinner, they had no energy to talk or move but Poco was already asleep so was Posy, Pazke took off the turinc of and laid it over he siblings and fell asleep.

After a claustrophobic night’s sleep, the rabbits had a small breakfast and sat off to FoxOple Forest where they would be safe from the Gorm and wouldn’t see dreadful things again. After 30 minutes of running they got to the top of a hill, where they could see Fox Ople Forest but there was something else there that shoulder be there..it was the Gorm leader…with his whole army.

guestion poem

What are bright? A vivid yellow daffodil,a lemon and lime fruit salad and the beaming sun.

What are gloomy? A broken friendship, a mine shaft and a black hole in space.

What are fragile? A memory of the past, a baby’s first word and my mum’s Walerfod crystal vase.

What are robust? A graffiti covered brick wall,a fist full of anger and a sharp word.

What are tropical? The Indian Ocean,an anemone resistant clownfish and a brightly coloured Macaw.

What are arctic? Icebergs lazily floating around, a white furry arctic fox and the Tundra vegatation.

What are black? The glittering night sky, withered rose and an unlucky black cat.

What is white? The innocent clouds, the frost biting snow and a doves feather.
