Chapter 2- The strange object

Madison was enhanced by the garnet- jewelled, pointed sword: in the corner of the dark, mysterious room. The golden object sat over- looking the shop front.

“Put that back!” exclaimed Mr Luciano, “people have gone missing because of that sword.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                 “Sorry sir, I didn’t mean to touch it,” replied Madison.

The boxes fell. CRASH! BANG! Mr Luciano went to attend to the boxes in the other room. Whilst he was doing that Madison then…

Madison sneakily turned around to grab the sword. The she touched the garnet. She looked very confused as she heard women screaming when she touched it. Quickly, she dropped it, but deep down she knew she wanted to see what was happening.

As fast as she could, she pressed the garnet once more and she was now in a sinister, eerie place: a dungeon, underground house? A thought came into her head: Tudor times when Henry VII had looked his wives up.

The walls were old, coiled up metal. She knew what she had to do: walk to find out more. Madison walked pass the cell were the wives were. What would Madison do next?

Chapter One

Madison was always daydreaming. She’d daydream for hours twiddling her hair dreaming about Mc Donald’s. She was walking a thought about chicken nuggets. Madison ended up mysterious, odd shop.

Everywhere Madison looked she wanted to have everything to treasure for ever. Although she couldn’t keep these. Without a doubt she dreamt about having them. There were antique, coiled bars of the lifeless, appalling cages. There were lantern shape, dead lamps stood in the middle of the room. There were magical, priceless books stood on the countertop. The one thing Madison wanted to take was a garnet- jewelled, uncontrollable sword. Dreaming of just holding that sword by it’s self which kills anyone or anything in it’s way; which made her feel unstoppable.

” I see you’ve found the sword,” hissed a haunty voice. Madison caught a breath before putting the sword down. The voice was an old sinister man. “Continue holding it,” he said quietly.

There was a flash of light…

Prologue

All the rumours were just that: rumours.

The way he lights shimmered, danced in the sinister, scary shop’s window. The way the unearthly, daunting dolls sat on the luxurious, ancient piano. The way the lively, rusted cages were hung by chains dangling from the ceiling. The way the traumatising stuffed animals sat looking mesmerised.

All of a sudden there was a deafening noise.

Perhaps the rumours were true…
