The Water Dragon

You are as fierce as the angeriest volcano

You are smashing your tail as hard as a sharp weapon

You  are watching with your glossy, black stained glass eyes

Your scales like seashells rustling on your back

You are as blue as the path into the ocean’s nowhere

your claws as strong as knifes

Your jaws as still as stone

You are spreading your wings slowly then gliding across the saphire sky

You are the water dragon.

The killer dragon

The dragon’s deep, blue eyes glistening in the sky,

Leaving a trail of death behind ,

His jaws clenched on his victim,

Munching and crunching him ,

Its illuminous red tongue smelling like a rotten body,

His wings spreading across the blue, colossal sky,

Its razor sharp teeth biting everyone in town ,

His  iridescent white scales permanently stained with  his victims blood,

The dragons spine flexible like a acrobatic ,

His skin as tough as a sword in battle ,

The dragon talons grabbing its victim , roaring in the night sky,

The dragons claws tearing apart its victims leaving a stains of blood on his plain ,white claws.

The Sleepy Palm Tree

The Sleepy Palm Tree

Had leaves like the palm of a babies hand

And its trunk was the

Colour of the  golden beach

She was gently dozing off

Descending into the night sky

Its coconuts were like

Little hairy monsters

And when they fell

The sand would screech

On the golden beach

The Limelily

The Limelily

Had petals, paper thin

The colour of pink blossom

And the stem

Was like an elephant trunk

Blowing out water to wash the babies

The pollen was like

Apple juice The Limelily was

to have it instead

At night, The Limelily

Glowed the colour of the Northen lights

As the sunset

Darkened deeper

Like strawberry sauce

Oozing out of the bottle

Onto the vanilla icecream

Planning to have

This morning to drink

Until the bees decided

The flared hare~

The flared hare, which was discovered in a field of flame-flowers, is a mysterious animal. Despite it being found about 15 years ago, we still know as little as we did then.

The flared hare lives in deep burrows, forged by the power of its flames. The majority of these live in flame-flowers and their homes are low beneath the glistening blades of ruby (the grass that flame-flowers flourish and flower in). The majority of these hares can run up 65 miles an hour. Intersestingly, they have extremely good smell receptors; they can smell up to 10,000 times better than humans! This means it is easier to hunt. The flared hare eats insects like stone beetles, but their staple diet consists of firetables  (especially fire carrots) and dried ruby blades. It is mainly hunted by the water serpent.

The flared hare is known to have ears of flame that dance delicately and disguise theselves with the firey ferns. It has a fuzzy, smoky-grey coat and feet of smoke that make it appear floating of ash-like clouds. Even though it flares in a blaze of of fire, it is quite gentle and doesn’t harm people. Its puffy tail billows behind it with tantalising effect. However, cute as it may be, when touching it, be careful!

Atmosphere Island evaporating away…

It’s hard to imagine a world without Atmosphere Island. Alarmingly, the island is wasting away second by second and is facing imminent danger. Without your help, the destruction could be devastating! Will you stand up and take action to help the Atmosphere Island?

The precious Sun-drop flower, that can only accommodate with the conditions in Atmosphere Island, is a vital source for the native citizens of this island. The essential essence of the flower provides the most luscious flavours and efficient health, along with a balanced diet. This means everyone is well-fed. However, this valuable flower has been dying out due to illegal harvesting. Consequently, the people of Atmosphere Island are losing their main diet and a sacred part of tradition is at risk.

Furthermore, the forest of Wispy Willows has been being chopped down by illegal loggers that have whizzed over from other galaxies. They have robbed the wood, ripped the bark off and they will keep going until the forest is gone. The bark is used to heal people and is sold for millions, while the wood is admired by many, earning them a fortune.

In addition, the Atmosphere Island is under risk of pollution. Careless visitors have converted the island into a wasteland by disposing tons of litter across our beaches so the Silver Skyfish are on the brink of extinction by consuming disintegrated plastic.

An overuse of oil and non-recyclable products has caused acid rain that is destroying our fields and meadows, letting nothing inside them survive. Worryingly, an epidemic of breathing problems has broken out in our children. This can’t continue. We must act before it is too late.

Habitats are being trampled and the Flying Rivers of Mist are being poisoned, murdering fishes. We mustn’t allow this state of affairs to continue as it is necessary that we put ourselves together to protect this paradise. No-one but a fool would overlook this situation. I urge you to stand with us in this battle to save this unique island. Remember:

‘One drop can form an ocean.’

Six sentences

In the land of Neptune, all the other planets were having fun.

In the Land of Forests, the trees danced to the tune of the wind.

In the land of books, all the words were arguing harshly.

In the land of meanness, the kids were sneaking up on the girl like a sly fox trying to catch a chicken.

In the land of animals, the pandas where collecting there bamboo like a child trying to shake scaffolding down.

In the land of insects, the ants were marching up the hill like soldiers going back to their camp.

Unicorns Are Spotted in Dublin!

Yesterday morning, a little girl called Elle was with her mum and dad in a forest in Dublin when something caught her eye. It was a beautiful golden horn! She was so excited and ran to tell her parents and they followed her. They all saw three unicorns! The mother was a Neon-Rainbow unicorn and so was one of the babies. The third was a galaxy unicorn. We suspect the third unicorns real mother had died and her current mother adopted her.

Luckily, Elle’s mum has brought apples with her for snacks for Elle and instead of giving the apples to Elle they considered to give them to the unicorns. Excited, they picked them and took them to the vets. The babies are only seven inches tall and twenty centimetres long. The mother is 9 inches tall and 40 centimetres long. Unfortunately, they were all dehydrated and so that’s why they ended up further down in the forest than they should have been as they were hunting for water.

Amy Canton, a professional unicornoligist says “It will need approximately a month to recover and then it can come back to the forest and they will need lots of water.” The unicorns are going to be kept in a unicorn stable near the forest. People can now visit these majestic creatures and wish them luck for getting better. If you see any unicorns where they shouldn’t be, make sure to contact the police and vets immediately.

The Rickety, Lonely Bike

In the front of my eyes,

a bike leans stock still,

for a thousand years,

but with a skinny, papery birch tree.

Curved rigid horns,

    reminding me of a bull,

but never a lord

but only place is the woodland.

behind the minty leaves,

two rubbery wheels,

getting covered by the grass

like a thick blanket.
