Chapter 2-Continued Adventure

Chapter 2 –

 

At midnight, in an old stable in the Goblin Palace it was cold, the type of cold that gets in your bones. 

 

There was a big bright moon and little diamonds in the sky. But there were loud thunderstorms, black tree shadows and creepy plants tightening their grip as the dark came past.

While Bunny Pure was asleep, Podkin and Pasco heard crickets and awake owls making noises.

 

Inside, Pasco and his siblings hid under the table when the thunderstorm hit the ground. Outside, the clouds shook with fear. 

 

Back in the palace, Podkin, Pasco and Bunny Prue heard a noise, they sniffed revenge THE GORM!!! they said at the same time so they put the table on the door and closed all the windows.

They hid under the bed this time since the table is blocking the door. Podkin was scared, Bunny Prue  n nb  was crying but Pasco passed out.

leaving warren

Chapter 1 – Leaving the Warren 

 

Finally, they were ready to leave.

That evening, a letter arrived with ***************** to say 

that the gorm was near Lavender Heights warren.

No one would  be safe. The old  warren’s  tunnels had been built 

many weeks ago.

 

So it was that the three little Rabbits , Pipkin, Pasco  and bunny 

Pure left warren.  Their  journey to pass through the Forbidden forest 

And cross the enchanted lake until they reach the scary caves.

And even if the Gorm could not enter their mountainside warren.

Once they found their destination, they know that they would be safe

The other warren neighbours had chosen to leave, so pipkin’s mother 

Gave them a n ancient map  that led paths.

 

Clutching the ancient map, the  little  band of  courageous  rabbits

Struggled over the rope bridge that crossed the dark waters of  

Saffron Falls. 

Soon they were in the Forbidden Forest.

Trailing behind Pipkin, Pasco held onto bunny prue’s paw.

What are delightful ? Beautiful, bold butterflies and shining shooting stars.

 

What are strong ?A happy heart and a brick building.

 

What are light ? Shiny, silver shoes and speck of glitter.

 

What is heavy ? A humongous mountain and a golden brick.

 

I’ve Never

I’ve Never…

 

I’ve never held a colourful larvae (baby axolotl),

but I have held my tiny kitten.

 

I’ve never rode a giraffe 

but I have rode on an elephant.

 

I’ve never sat on the big bright moon,

but I have sat on the top of a small cottage house.

 

I’ve never hugged a little koala, 

But I have cuddled a baby panda.

 

I’ve never pet a small bunny,

but I have stroked a chick.

 

I’ve never seen a dinosaur,

but I have observed a real life Dolphin.

 

I’ve never been to Egypt,

but  I have been to six different places in the world.

 

I’ve never tasted a dragon fruit, 

but I have ate a passion fruit.

 

I want to paint….

I want to paint –

some
 Exiting  axolotls dancing in the salty sea;
A fat cat sitting on a mat that’s soft as a cloth. I want to paint
A bin eating rubbish and vomiting it to the dump truck every monday.

 

I want to paint
a hungry human eating a burping burger.
A cherry that’s as shiny as a diamond
And a bee being responsible for the beehives.

 

I want to paint
Beautiful birds that can fly as high as the sky.
A mermaid merrily singing in the sea  and
A wiggly worm slithering in the dirt.

I want to paint the end of this poem.

If you are victorious of slaying the beast of course. Additionally, we will send you never ending food. If successful, we would crown you and you would be known as “dragon killer of the north west “and you would be in the magazine with your image.

If you are willing to do this job, apply now and live the rest of your life being luxurious.

The emerald eye

Several hours later, the rest of the crew came back. They patched up the sky-ship and went on their way. They followed the stars and went back to their village, Milo. Ty stood alone on the ship’s deck thinking about if the rest of the crew would find the baby dragon. Marianna went and stood with Ty, while her hair blew in the breeze. “Are you alright?” She said. Ty said nothing. At that moment, the captain walked over to them “You too should go to bed otherwise you are going to be imagining things!” He ordered. Soon enough, they both fell asleep.

Ty jumped up, hearing the thunder come crashing down and the wind howling like a wolf at full moon. Ty tried to fall asleep but at that moment he heard a horrifying screech. He got out of bed shaking in fear. Ty opened the door for where the ladder was and peered out of it. He saw an emerald eye glare at him. Ty closed the door as fast as possible and rushed to Marianna.  “Wake up Marianna!” He whispered. She opened her eyes halfway and looked a Ty. “What?” she groaned “I saw the dragon’s mum!” He whispered. Marianna shot up followed Ty. He opened the door for the ladder and showed Marianna. As there was nothing there Marianna went back to bed. Ty followed Marianna back to bed. He hugged his teddy from when he was a baby and fell asleep

Sky-ship

The sky-ship went crash to the ground. captain Rich , whose hair is as curly as noodles , he got his hair stuck in the floor boards. He shouted for help but no-one head him.

 

A new crew member

Ty peered into the thick fog. Even though it was hard to make it out, there was a definite shape on the ground. Confusion spread across his forehead as he stepped backwards into Marianna. She instantly noticed the silhouette in the fog and edged closer. Within a few steps away, Marianna noticed blood on some cobles.  She took two more steps and to her surprise a baby dragon was there.  The baby dragon had a cut on its pink paws with fly’s circling her. She wimped as the pain travelled through her body. It looked like it had got into a fight with another dragon. “It looks like it’s an intense pain”  “Let’s get her nice and warm so it makes the pain go away” Marianna said.  They found a blanket to put over her.  Soon enough, she laid on the ground and fell asleep.  Keeping her tail up as it was broken. “I think her tail’s broken.” Ty whispered.  Mariana agreed. They sat with it letting no danger come near the baby dragon. “I hope they come back I am getting cold and hungry” Ty moaned. After a couple of minutes, they saw something in the distance .

The Dreadful Land

The crew were sitting in their seats when all of a sudden, the air-ship was spinning out of control. The crew were screaming, as something like this has never happened before.   They tried to protect everything, there dinner, water.  The captain tried to steer the ship so they get a safe landing.  Suddenly, they hit the ground with a bang.

 

When Ty and the crew stumbled out of the air-ship.  To their horror, there were mammoth sized claw marks on the balloon.  Despite the feeling of the air-ship being demolished by some dragon’s claws, the crew went on through the fog leaving Ty and Mariana alone.  As they wondered aimlessly, staying within visuals of the broken ship, they noticed a stench that drifted up their noses. Mariana was wondering around the ship when at the back she saw a pond

“Ty come look at this!” She shouted.  Ty rushed over and to his surprise the pond was full of decaying fish and the pond was overgrown.

“What’s happened to these fish?” Ty said.  Bubbles began to form on the surface of the water, something shot out of the pond. It had jagged teeth and dark, red eyes.

“Mariana run!” Ty yelled. They ran to the front of the airship and hid under a piece of the burst balloon.   Soon enough, the monster was gone.  Leaving Ty and Mariana petrified and wanting to go back home.  Ty thought that instead of staying they should go and explore so nothing was going to eat them.  Mariana thought that was good idea. After 5 minutes of walking, they spotted a castle.                                                                                                        “Hey Ty we could probably seek help at that castle!” Mariana shouted. They both walked over to the castle but to their surprise it was abandoned. It had smashed up windows and a broken door. When they walked into the castle there was a pile of dead bodies. Not rotten.  As it was disturbing for them they rushed back to the airship in a hurry.

 

As time went on, Ty and Mariana where getting worried about the rest of the crew, as it had been 1hour.                                                                                                                                                                       “Should we try and fix the sky-ship as the rest of the crew aren’t coming back?” Ty whispered

“Sure but why we whispering?” she replied.                                                                                                                  “The monster will probably hear you if you make a single sound.” He replied back.  Ty went looking for tools to fix the sky-ship. When he found all the tools he needed he started to fix it. After 1hour and hard-work, he finally fixed one piece.                                                                                                                                                  “One piece?” Mariana shouted.                                                                                                                                                             “I am a kid I don’t know how to build things!” Ty shouted.
