Malamander story

Prologue 

You have probably been to to icy town. You probably went to the beach and made sandcastles you might have even had ice cream and you probably jumped into the waves. When you came there would have been loads of people having fun you probably went swimming in the sea its that type of place in the summer 

The reason you don’t remember is because its only icy town in the winter the rest of the year it would be known as sunny town but you should try going in the winter when November starts when snow hits the leaves when fog covers the town when the road becomes icy when even the locals hide indoors no one will ever go to the beach in winter. 

Chapter 1

Hi my name is joe apple and I work in a bakery a lot of people say it must really suck but I like it I have a room and sometimes get free food I clean the tables and the floor after we close I also make bread sometimes a lot of different bread bread is great its really busy in the summer not so much in the winter no one comes in the winter 

A girl taps on my window saying let me in I tell her that were closed but she keeps knocking so I open the window to tell her but when I open it she jumps in as fast as she can then she hides under the table I ask her why shes hiding she says that shes seen it 

The locals say that theres a monster that comes out at night but I don’t believe it some say that it only attacks when no ones looking they call it a cowmander because the locals hear moos after someone goes missing bit surely this girl didn’t believe in the monster because its not real. 

The girl asks for something to eat because she hasn’t eaten for days I ask for her name she says zoey pineapple she asks for food but I ignored her because I need to ask more questions like why did she jump through my window she then had enough she got up picked up a cookie and took a bite out of it I said that its my cookie she ignored me and kept eating the cookie I ask why she took it she says because I’m hungry and I’ve not eaten eaten anything all week 

My summer poem

On Monday, I found the biggest and shiniest feather ever to be found in the world.

On Tuesday, I walked into the biggest field I have ever seen it was full of flowers and had bright green grass with very red roses. 

On Wednesday, I saw a very shiny feather sitting on the side of the road it was golden and very soft.

On Thursday, I touched a very soft and shiny feather it was golden with a bit of brown.

On Friday, I tasted a very yummy vanilla ice cream on a hot summer day it was melting very quickly 

On Saturday, I heard the bees buzzing and they were flying from flower to flower. 

On Sunday, I wondered how the bees make the honey from the flowers.

Because Bob ran down the road he then fell over

Since the thunder roared the hobbits then hid in the cave

Bilbo slept in the cave and then then the goblins attacked

Jim was interested in the idea he then decided to ring his friend

Because the cart had come to a wheezing halt Gandalf strode into the hobbit hole

owls are nocturnal. So this means they are very active at night. And they have excellent eyesight

Outside inside sentence

Outside, the rain was very wet. inside, there was people waiting to be able to go outside. 

Outside, there was rain. Inside, there was people waiting for the rain to stop and to be able to go Outside.

Outside, there were people playing in the snow. Inside, there was no one there.

The teacher by seth

As soon as the happy faced mr bob walked into class seven, the familiar room immediately appeared to turn happy. He was thin with a happy stare rather like a happy person. ‘Sit down children.’said the teacher i am a good teacher.’

Chapter 3

Chapter 4

A fierce flock of Fire Vultures beat their hell-ish wings in the fresh, crisp air as if drums being beet methodically.

“I suggest we’ll need to ready our weapons cap’n!”one of the crew members suggested in a firm gruff voice. The captain nodded staring back at the unpromising group of fiendish raptors.

 

Feathery, worn, wings beat with a staggering rhythm descending down towards the skyship, whilst its dark, tar black, void-like eyes staring them down filling them with doubt of winning the fight. Their rock-solid breaks squawking as if the souls from hell, and talons as sharp as an experienced archer’s accuracy but in definite need of cutting.

“So this is what he warned us about…”Captain Culair mumbled under his breath, everybody swiftly received various weapons:harpoons;shields etc and soon began to shoot at the doves from hell in an aimless hastened manner. The skyship Kotkase suddenly hit something in the air.

 

Something clawed at the skyship(ruining the paint job)half of the flock pounded on the deck of the skyship causing a mini-earthquake. The crew shake in cause of the vultures but then soon resume war with the vultures. Sudden realisation just hit Captain Culair and orders to James

“Use the gem!” Arthur quickly rummages through his pockets and fishes out the gem.

 

Confused he stares hard at it hoping his best for something to happen when a Fire Vulture swoops down for the phoenix gem soon the whole flock starts coming after him, in a panic James starts waving it about but it was until it shone in the sun a large beam of energy burst out of it. As the beam shot out it had startled all of the Fire Vultures and paralysed them in fear as they fleed in a flock.

 

Soon they landed the ship on a nearby island. As they landed they swiftly darted off-board the ship and repaired the broken ship and then everyone got back on board. As the captain readied the engine they set off with new islands to explore and a beautiful horizon ahead of them.

Chapter 3

Chapter 3

 

Suddenly the rustling beyond the bushes stopped alongside James and soon a pair of ruby red crimson eyes glared at James as if it were giving him a death stare and it was until the creature had blinked its spherical eyes he had been startled. Stumbling to the smooth, chalky, grainy sand on his back, he quickly scuttled away from the cadmium vine-like overgrown shrubbery and eventually got back up on his feet.

 

The rustling soon resumed with a heavy grunting noise, and soon two bricky cube shaped arms and legs with a lava like liquid running down the cracks emitted from the greenery. Soon the creature had fully emitted and the entity’s body was fully exposed and seemed to be a Magma Golem.

“Greetings fellow humans… don’t be worried I shall reassure and guarantee you that of which am not hostile or harmful in any shape or form.”It had said in a gruff voice it soon thumped over to James and placed the phoenix gem in his hand and told him that it is his responsibility now. Everyone still gob smacked by the unfortunate turn of events Amelia immediately got jealous but proud of her brother.

 

“Th-th thank you?”James said in a nervous, shaky voice. It had occur to him to be careful on their journeys and other various people and/or other mythical-like creatures shall be after the gem and to keep it as safe as possible and keep it away from any greedy, needy evil looking eyes.

 

The Captain soon indicates to everyone to gather back up and get aboard the ship and get back to business.

“Before you leave I’d just like to say with great power comes with great responsibilities!” he yelled in a harsh voice which sounded like nails on a chalkboard.

 

Everyone soon repaired the broken parts of the skyship, and soon was soaring in the air through the sky. James and Amelia are waving down back at the Magma Golem staring down at the blizzard blue ocean sparkling like glitter and gold but soon their moment was soon interrupted by a rather loud

“Enemy spotted beyond eyesight!”Which was bellowed from whoever was in the crows nest. It was too late.

The KotKase Chapter 1

Prologue

You’ve probably been on family day trips on skyships. In summer you have flown over forests, soaring high above the trees and across the breezy sky. When you flew there would have been blue, cloudless, sunny skies and a soft breeze blowing down your neck and that wonderful sense of freedom. When you flew there would have been the free animals far below, rivers and waterfalls glistening in the sun as a beautiful mirror and even a school of fish jumping in and out of streams and landed the ship so that you could have a picnic.Travelling by skyship in summer is like that.

 

But travelling on an expedition to unknown lands is another matter! You should try a skyship journey when winds blow a gale and shakes the skyship like a baby in a cradle, and the electrifying thunder rumbles as it dashes across the soot coloured sky and split apart by jagged lightning. You should try being there when the fire vultures attack, squawking with ear piercing shriek across the hull to pierce their razor-sharp talons into your skin or even more problematic, tear the skyships inflatable apart. You should try being on a skyship when all the food supplies runs out and the water barrels are as dry as a desert. Few people would dare think of things like that. Even experienced flyers think twice of travelling around the globe and landing on unknown lands. No one knows what creatures might live there. Rumor has it that there are Magma-Golems, Fire-Vultures(few would wish to encounter an ice imp.). And as they say rumors are told of these lands for a very good reason.

Chapter 1

The crowds cheered on as the skyship Kotkase escalated higher and higher up into the air, the engines roared like a lion and came to life.As Captain Culair stood promptly at the steering wheel with a face full of pride and gripping tight onto it tighter than she ever has done before.They had already set off on their daring adventure.

 

James and Amelia waved at the people and looked down as the skyship rose higher and looked beyond the crowd of people cheering them on, of which now look like an ecstatic group of joyful, bustling dots cheering and whistling. As the Kotkase flew over the grand city, passing a network of : farms, towns and fields sectioned off from one another by a long strands of roads and rivers and eventually as (a lot) time passed by, the skyship came to the great, big, blue ocean.

 

They could feel the warm ocean breeze tickle their necks and whistle through the propeller of the skyship, the children looked at each other

“Are you feeling nervous?”James asked questionably.

“A little bit.”Amelia vocalised.

The hair blowing in the wind majestically and proud to be on a brand new adventure once more and full bravery, though on the inside they’re feeling worried and have a lump in their throat. Will these young adventurers be safe on their quest?

 

Later that day, the skyship had been soaring over the ocean for quite some time.James witnessed far below upon the water was a dispersed group of brightly coloured boats and yachts.Both James and Amelia sighed in boredom.

“I very much doubt we’ll even find the phoenix gem?”He muttered, under his breath cracking his knuckles.

Amelia squeezed the decks’ railings and said”I wonder if we’ll come across anything exciting on our adventure?”.

How to find a lost explorer

Travel far and wide to the deep dark woods

And find a mystical,mighty birch tree with a

Friendly face and ask him for some helpful

Guidance and a sliver of fortuity.

 

Follow his friendly,firefly to greedy Goblino’s shop

And acquire his(rather expensive)amethyst moon-shine star

Shine it in the moon’s light and follow its paranormal glitter

Until you reach the blood-curling cemetery.

 

Wait by the ice-cold steel gate until it eerily opens

By the souls of the dead

Creep by the coffins and graves into the church

Once in the church locate the enchanted

Flying key of heaven.

 

Once received the key of the promised land

Tip-toe out of the abode of the dead and then you

Will find a sublime creature that is more mystical

And mythical than YOU can imagine.

 

Hop onto the back of the magnificent creature

As it takes up into the starry night with wind blowing in your hair

Soon it will land on the ground and come to a halt

And lead you to a mossy tomb

Use the almighty key to open the door of the tomb

And there you will see the lost explorer.
