Prologue 

You have probably been to to icy town. You probably went to the beach and made sandcastles you might have even had ice cream and you probably jumped into the waves. When you came there would have been loads of people having fun you probably went swimming in the sea its that type of place in the summer 

The reason you don’t remember is because its only icy town in the winter the rest of the year it would be known as sunny town but you should try going in the winter when November starts when snow hits the leaves when fog covers the town when the road becomes icy when even the locals hide indoors no one will ever go to the beach in winter. 

Chapter 1

Hi my name is joe apple and I work in a bakery a lot of people say it must really suck but I like it I have a room and sometimes get free food I clean the tables and the floor after we close I also make bread sometimes a lot of different bread bread is great its really busy in the summer not so much in the winter no one comes in the winter 

A girl taps on my window saying let me in I tell her that were closed but she keeps knocking so I open the window to tell her but when I open it she jumps in as fast as she can then she hides under the table I ask her why shes hiding she says that shes seen it 

The locals say that theres a monster that comes out at night but I don’t believe it some say that it only attacks when no ones looking they call it a cowmander because the locals hear moos after someone goes missing bit surely this girl didn’t believe in the monster because its not real. 

The girl asks for something to eat because she hasn’t eaten for days I ask for her name she says zoey pineapple she asks for food but I ignored her because I need to ask more questions like why did she jump through my window she then had enough she got up picked up a cookie and took a bite out of it I said that its my cookie she ignored me and kept eating the cookie I ask why she took it she says because I’m hungry and I’ve not eaten eaten anything all week
