The Seasons

Crisp leaves crack and crunch,

Beneath my warm,chunky boots,

Now a dried mess.

Snow covers the ground,

Like a warm, cosy blanket,

Stretching for long miles.

Blossom gently falls,

From the tree to the soft grass,

Lying sleepily.

Ice-cream drips and drops,

Sat lazily in the cone,

Covered in sprinkles.
