Ice lollies melting on my lips,

sand tickling my toes,

nearly burning my toes.

I laugh with my three cousins

at the funny Punch and Judy puppet show,

the grownups like it too.

Ice-cream tastes delicious,

it is sticky when it melts.

I have to eat it quickly.

Swim in the pool and get fresh air,

I’m so so hot,

my skin is burning

The smell of sun cream,

reminds me of Tenerife, and

all the swimming I did in the pool on holiday.
