Tom found an abandoned house on Andersen beach. The windows were made of wood, the glass was broken and the door frame was cracked. A cobwebbed sign on the door said ” ‘Danger’, not to enter.”  He stood on the first step then slowly peered through the doorway.  Tom glanced around the house of darkness, he heard a noise. Tom nervously said , “Who is there?”. He went further through the door and up the old staircase. As his left foot touched the last step another door at the end of the landing, creaked open all by itself.
