The Oculus Dragon by Sebastien SWW

Oculus Dragon

There are many species of dragon, but perhaps the most incredible and powerful is the legendary Oculus Dragon. Few people have ever seen this creature as it is so rare. Continue reading to find out more…

The Oculus Dragon’s main feature is it’s great eye; it has a huge pupil as black as night and the rest of it’s eye is iridescent and shifts colour. The huge oval eye can see anywhere in the universe, allowing it to be deadly in battle. It has an enormous brain and is the most intelligent creature on earth. Surprisingly, it is powerful enough to use mind control against it’s enemies. It has giant claws that can slice through anything. Additionally, it has four double tipped wings strong enough to create tornadoes. It has hundreds of small, sharp, backwards curving teeth and two big ones that are venomous and are at the front on the bottom jaw. It breathes pure magic which is the most powerful thing any dragon can breathe. They have a spiny ridge running along the side of their body. Their scales are the most solid of all dragon scales and can withstand anything. They have a clover leaf shaped tip on their tails. Their back legs are long and powerful to propel them across rough rocks and small stubby ones at the front to shovel stone. Incredibly, they are a bright gold and do not need to camouflage because of their power.

They have a fairly ranged diet, but their favourite food are Eagle Dragons. This is because they live on tall mountains like the Oculus Dragon so they make easy prey. They will eat other small dragons and birds. They drink from mountain streams.

They live on tall mountains in caves so they are away from humans. Unfortunately, they despise humans but will still only attack them if they disturb it. Generally, they are solitary and only see others on purpose to breed and then they go back to being solitary.

If you are tempted to see one of these creatures, I would advise against it. These are incredible creatures that should be left alone.

  1. This is a terrific report, Sebastian. I particularly like the way you describe the dragon’s eye. You’ve really gone into great detail with this report. I could only spot a couple of minor errors: it’s is short for it is, the possessive form is its (without the apostrophe; and, I’m not sure about the choice of the word “ranged” when describing the dragon’s diet. Can you think of a better word?

  2. Woah this is fantastic well done
What do I say bad about this
