My Favourite Dragon

Wings drumming while arrogant

red tail swishing and swashing.

Spikes rampaging across his slithery

curved spine.

Scaly skin like a map waiting to,

be conquered.

Tongue lacing out of wrinkled mouth

waiting to lick up the remnants

of his prey.

Dark ebony eyes glinting fearfully

like diamonds in the night sky.

Mouth curved as if holding a sneaky smirk

with dagger like teeth incaved inside.

Skin looks like a juicy green cactus

that could easily ***** me.

Eyes dazed cross-eyed as usual

obviously eager to find food to munch on.

Tremendous on the outside,

But ever loving on the inside and is forever my best friend.

I love the arrogant tail and the skin like a map waiting to be conquered.

The end is really powerful as you can not imagine that such a terrifying description will bring a friend.

    Well done!
