Where do you get ideas from?
A pencil in my hand,
my toes covered in sand.
Floating clouds in the sky,
motorbikes whizzing by.
I have lots of friends,
going round bends.
I want a pet bear,
but I don’t really care.
Glistening rock pools,
sharpening tools.
Holes in the ground,
cars making a sound.

should read more like this:
All of my beloved friends,
who drive me around the bend.
My suggestion is because the question/title of the poem is where you get your ideas from. You don’t have to say that your friends drive you around the bend 😛
