Stargrazer
Ty clenched on the railings, his knuckles whitening. He mumbled as the majestic clouds engulfed the airship. He smiled at his twin sister Mariana who seemed to be enjoying all of it as the airship jiggled from left to right. They had left the city behind a week ago and should have been peeking down on the low lands but this storm had completely blanked them off course.
At that moment, The scary sky dragons had opened up. Ty saw three of them run out of a pace of lightning and fire reigned on top of the Stargazer. Captain O’Shea tugged the tiller to one other side, just averting disaster and in one swift movement drove the engines as hard as she could go.
For a second the dragons had vanished nowhere to be found at all as she headed towards the airship into a huge storm cloud to seek. Thunder howled surrounding them and electricity broke. Ty looked at Mariana who was staring into the telescope that showed nothing at all.
A moment later, the Stargazer dipped below the clouds as air speeded out of the balloon and the engines stilled. They drifted down, buffeted from side to side by the storm. Ty and Mariana stared up, searching for the majestic dragons
