Quin got on the ship cautiously. She didn’t want to get hurt or captivated. After what happened to the other family, she was terrified. But, of course, her family didn’t delay things, so they were going on the ship either way. She locked her eyes on the ship’s features, it was a dark wood colour, the sail was quite worn and had a few burn marks, she knew what the burn marks were from but everyone else said “this is amazing!” or “those marks look real!” It was ear ringing.

She was brought to the room where everyone would be sleeping, once she found out that everyone was sleeping in the same room that ruined everything, in her actual house she was 5 rooms away from her parent’s and when she couldn’t sleep at night her mum would ask her why she wasn’t sleeping, and Quin just stared into her eyes and said “I can hear dad snoring from here…” her mum left the room and Quin had to go asleep with headphones.

That night, she wasn’t asleep like everyone else, she heard a thud coming from above her and she thought it was her brother, Mason, because he was getting a bottle of water. Well, that was until she heard him scream. She dashed upstairs to see a 15 ft long dragon with red and purple scales placed upon its skin. She hadn’t got anything to throw at it but a water bottle
