The Star Shiner took off from her landing spot and flew through the blue sky.

About an hour later, Charlie had noticed that the sky had gone from a lovely blue colour to a dismal grey. He called out to Sophie and asked for her help to guide him through the low-flying clouds. Sophie then appeared, wearing her tool belt as always and the map in her right hand.

With help from his sister, Charlie soon piloted the ship away from the clouds and into a clearing of blue sky. Charlie told Sophie that he would never have been able to fly through that maze of thick clouds on his own. At that moment, he heard a scrape against the hull of the ship. “Did you hear that?” he asked Sophie. she shook her head as if to say no. Charlie hoped that it wouldn’t be anything bad.

He glanced over the edge of the sky ship and there was nothing. It must have been my imagination he thought to himself.
