JetBlast
JetBlast
You’ve probably been on plane that flies through wonderful shapes in the clouds. Remember how it feels to fly against the wind, the force pushing against you, to see the deep ocean and the waves roaring over the valleys.
I bet you’ve enjoyed flights to holiday resorts, to swim in the clear blue pools, to feel the sun on you back when you lie on a lounger. The beautiful cocktails, with the ice swimming around with the straw.
But you should also try trips through storms with the snow and the wind as cold as ice. When the storms explode into the wild winds of winter. The dull grey clouds pouring out snow upon you and that’s when a plane ride isn’t as fun…
And some say they have seen Jack Frost lurking in the clouds, his wild hair as dark as a storm. You probably won’t be convinced that there are frost dragons hiding in caves with teeth as sharp as daggers.

Emily pushed into the back of her seat, goosebumps were trickling up her arms. Her knees shook as they flew by the misty clouds, the sun beaming through them. Emily turned and it looked like her adventurous best friend Tia was quite enjoying the bumpy ride. They had flew out of the countryside valleys to go to the noisy city but a storm had blown them away from the right way.
Out of the blue, Jack Frost rose from the sky and used his powers to make a path of ice to walk on. Emily saw him strolling on his trail of ice as it disappeared behind him. His path was heading right towards the JetBlast. Captain de Shen steered the ship into a loopta-loop to avoid the king of winter behind them.
For a quick second, he wasn’t to be seen and Emily thought it was over but suddenly frost crackled along the lights and then it all went dark. Emily felt for Tia’s hand and held it tight.
“PREPARE TO LAND!” screeched Captain de Shen and Emily shut her eyes tight.
A second later, the JetBlast flew under sun and just an inch away from the big white waves of the pacific. Emily stood up searching for Jack. Is he really gone?
Hi! I really like the name of your sky ship! Do you like doing pieces of writing like this? I love how you put prepare to land in all capitals!
