Prologue 

You’ve probably been on a skyship when the ocean looked like silk and the birds chirped merrily beside you. Remember how the breeze feels on your face and to feel like a hawk flying over towns and cities.

I bet you’ve enjoyed luxury flights across the city of Athens or the seas of the Bahamas knowing nothing can harm you.

But you should also try a journey when the sky is black, the waves are ravenous and the moon is full. When the clouds roll with thunder and lightning threatens to strike the engines, when the icy depths welcome you and the rain turns to hail, thats when an airship ride can be fatal.

Some say they’ve seen sky dragons, hiding in the clouds, waiting to pounce. You probably wont believe this but some say these dragons have fangs so sharp they can pierce the steel hull of a police skyship.

Opening

Lightning crackled and boomed in the distance as the skyship known as Starclaw pierced through the sky. James was trying to calm down the family mutt Marley, James knew there was something wrong with the storm. His sister Katie however was ready for the storm and wanted to take it head on.

Captain P.Corbett came on the speaker system,
“Everyone we have to go through the storm so our journey may be delayed sorry for any inconvenience.” The skyship proceeded through the storm and the clouds had never been darker.

Meanwhile the storm dragons eating the storm clouds noticed the ship’s metal alloy was giving off lots of power. As the dragons drifted over Katie noticed and ran to captain P.Corbett.
“CAPTAIN THERE ARE STORM DRAGONS FEEDING ON OUR POWER!!!”As she said it the lights blinked out and the skyship started plummeting towards the icy depths.
