Moonshine – The Story Continued

Moonshine – The Story Continued Lauren S EPPSA

“Hold on . Be careful! We need to make an emergency landing!” Joe shouted .

Moonshine shook and rattled, as it started descending through the the desolate night sky. It fell out of the sky at 50 miles per hour with a lot of speed. It landed with a thump on the soft, green grass .

Joe had left to find someone who could help them fix Moonshine, while Gem was told to stay close to the broken airship. She could hear the rush of the waterfall streaming down into a glass lake, she could see a crowd of multi coloured, rainbow alicorns with sparkling golden horns grazing in luxurious, green grass and she could see a golden apple tree orchard glimmering a bit in the distance.

Gem glanced around trying to look for Joe . He had been gone for hours and she was starting to get worried. As the moon rose over the wounded airship, Joe appeared from the golden apple tree orchard. Gem and Joe, early the next morning, slowly walked over to the lake.

They were going to the lake because it was very hot. It had not rained since they had crash landed. So, they were going to get a drink of glass lake water. Later on, they went exploring around the unfamiliar world . It was actually amazing. Gem and Joe could feel the unicorns soft skin and they went in an almost crumbled ancient building ( which probably once stood tall ) that was nearly in ruins . Just before dusk, they headed back to find somewhere to sleep for the night and to get away from the thundering storm.
